The trip was amazing! We had such a great time, and we literally mentioned everyday how thankful we were to have had all your help and planning. It gave us a tremendous advantage.
Everything each day worked out exactly as the schedule outlined. It was sort of unbelievable. There wasn’t a single time when things took longer than anticipated and we missed something, nor was there a time when we finished early and didn’t know what to do.
It was really helpful to have the guidance on how early to get to the parks and where to stand. Just that extra tip gave us a huge advantage everyday as we saw the waits go from 10 minutes when we’d arrive to 60 just moments later.
There was not a time the entire trip when we waited more than, say, 20 minutes for a ride and it was clear everyone else at the parks was regularly waiting 60-90 minutes for things.
The flow of each day was perfect – a bunch of rides in the morning, downtime in the afternoon, then back in the evening.
You chose our Fast Passes for exactly the right things. It felt amazing to just breeze through the most popular rides at peak times.
There was nothing that we wanted to do that wasn’t on the agenda – we felt like we hit it all.
The dining reservations were clutch and we really enjoyed the food at all the places we booked.

My husband and I love to plan our family vacations and were hesitant to use a travel planner for our Disney World vacation–how hard could planning it be? The best decision we made was contacting The Enchanted Traveler because having Sabrina’s extensive knowledge and experience was invaluable. From the first phone call, we knew we were in good hands. From the prearranged shuttle, to all the dinner reservations to the amazing itinerary you made for us, it all happened just like magic! To say our trip was amazing would be selling it short. On our first day in California Adventure the 15 minute wait we had to ride Radiator Springs was more than worth the price of your services. It was so amazing to have a plan each day and when the kids asked now what are we doing it was nice to be able to tell them instead of wondering. Overall this trip was something we will NEVER forget. Disneyland in October, right before Halloween sounded like a terrible time for crowds, but thanks to you, it never felt that way. We were amazed with the ease of this trip!

I can’t even express how truly grateful we are in all that you did to help make this THE BEST [Disney World] experience for our family. I wanted to thank you for offering the services that you do! I have to admit that I was not looking forward to a Disney trip, we had done Disney for a few days almost 6 years ago, with no planning, and we did not accomplish much. It seemed like a waste.

Some rides were a little busier than expected, so we would just skip something that didn’t seem as interesting, and stayed on schedule. My kids and I had an amazing time in Disney world thanks to Sabrina! I had never been and herd it was fairly overwhelming. Honestly I didn’t even know it was broken up into separate parks. My husband and I just returned from our 30th anniversary trip to Hawaii that Sabrina helped us plan. She was amazing right from the start. I was all over the place, not knowing exactly what I wanted to do. She was very patient and asked great questions to get me focused on what I really wanted out of this trip.
All of the resort choices she sent to us looked amazing. We split our time between two islands, so we had to make 2 choices. She gave us great information not only on the resorts, but the excursion options as well. She took care of everything from booking the resorts to the airline tickets, rental cars and excursions.
When it was time for our trip, she put together a travel guide with all of our itinerary information, as well as facts and information regarding both islands. We had lists of restaurants, shopping, beaches and additional options for activities or sightseeing. She also mailed us a magazine and map for each island. I felt very prepared for our trip. All the details were taken care of.
The day before we were supposed to fly home, the Big Island was due to be hit with Hurricane Ana and it would possibly be hitting Kauai as well on Saturday. It was so nice to wake up Friday morning and have a text from Sabrina saying that she was tracking the storm and had already been on the phone with Alaska Airlines to find out about possibly having to change our flight. This made me feel even more confident in her abilities and our choice to have her plan our trip.
We had been saving for this trip for 3 years and really wanted it to be special. Sabrina made that happen. I would definitely use her services with The Enchanted Traveler again.

Once again, Sabrina has knocked it out of the park! My husband and I took our 5 year old to Disney World this spring, and we had never been before and had no idea what to expect (other than fun). Sabrina explained the best times to go regarding weather and crowds and we followed her advice, which was great. Not too crowded, not too hot.

Sabrina also explained how if we didn’t have dinner reservations, that wait times for seatings could be an hour or more, so she had us select different restaurants/cuisines we would like, and then made reservations for us relative to what park we’d be at that day and evening. She also instructed us how to utilize the My Disney Experience App if we needed to change reservations for any reason.

Just like the dining, Sabrina had us choose what rides at what parks we really were looking forward to going on so she could get Fast Passes for us for the most important ones at the times we wanted so we wouldn’t have to wait in long lines.

Best of all, she provided us a 19 page document which had our daily itinerary, transportation info, flight info, height requirements for the different rides and tips for a successful trip. I couldn’t even begin to imagine trying to navigate this trip without her assistance. Sabrina really did make it stress free!

My family and I just returned from a trip to Disneyland. We have gone to Disneyland many times. In fact, the last couple years it has become an annual trip. I can’t thank you enough for a phenomenal Disney experience!  As you know, my family has never done Disney before and I was COMPLETELY overwhelmed at the thought of planning a Disney World adventure.  Being a working mom of three active boys left me little time to plan anything, let alone this trip.  I thank my lucky stars that I found you!  I feel so blessed that you took over the planning and let my family and I actually enjoy the vacation.  From the dinner and Fast Pass reservations, to the ride recommendations, to the itinerary of where to go and when, I couldn’t have asked for more.  We didn’t have a care in the world while we were there because you had already taken care of it all!  Your recommendations were spot on for absolutely everything, including where to get the best food, how to avoid the long lines and where to find all of the hidden Disney gems!  I am just so very grateful for everything you did for us.  If I was rating you on a 5-star scale, I’d give you 10!  Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ve told everyone I know about The Enchanted Traveler because I truly cannot imagine doing Disney WITHOUT you!

Having never been to Disney World, frankly, I was terrified to even go, let alone try to plan a vacation there. I thought it would be nothing but crowds, long lines, and sweltering temperatures, not my ideal way to spend a vacation. Boy, was I wrong! Sure, there were still lots of people and long lines, but I had a secret weapon. The Enchanted Traveler! Sabrina helped me plan a wonderful vacation to Disney World, one my family and I will never forget. She booked us dining reservations, so we could breeze into the restaurant of our choice without a care. And being someone with a special dietary need, I can’t express enough how invaluable this was. She wrote up a complete itinerary, so we would know the best time to avoid lines for each ride, how to navigate the parks and transportation system without feeling like chickens with our heads cut off, and even scheduled in breaks at our hotel so we could avoid those hot afternoon temperatures. There were even little tips and tricks that only someone with expertise would know, like how to make the most of the dining plan or the best spots to view the fireworks and parades. I would like to give The Enchanted Traveler a 10 star review. Five stars just doesn’t seem to be enough to express how invaluable this service was to my family. My family was able to have an amazing vacation that has created truly magical memories. From the look of sheer awe on my kid’s faces when we took of on Soarin’, to the look of pure joy when Mickey came to our breakfast table, and even the look of horror on my five year old’s face when our waitress at T-Rex said that the dinosaurs would “come to life” every twenty minutes. So many great experiences that I would not have even known existed without the help of Sabrina. Not to mention her park plan that ensured that we never spent more than 15 minutes waiting in line for any of those experiences, or had to stand in a park with the dumbfounded look of “what now?!”

My husband and I are famous for that conversation of “What do you want to do?”, “I don’t know, what do you want to do?”. It was so refreshing to not have that conversation at all. Sabrina helped us find the best restaurants to meet our families needs, and made all of our reservations. Then put together a customized plan for our vacation, that included all of the attractions that we wanted and how to best navigate the parks. We got all of her knowledge and expertise, without having to spend hours researching. There were so many small details that I would not have thought of that made such a big difference to our vacation.

By taking care of all the little details of our trip, The Enchanted Traveler was able to maximize the time and money that we put into our vacation. It took all of the stress out of traveling with two young children, and made it so I could really capture and enjoy all of those little moments that I may have missed if I was looking at a map trying to figure out what to do next.

A trip to Walt Disney World is always fun.  Want to know what’s even better?  Not having to do the planning and letting The Enchanted Traveler do all the work for you!  Sabrina worked hard to ensure that our family of 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 8-13) had a great stay.  3 years ago I planned a WDW vacation on my own.  Never again!  Why spend 60+ hours (no joke, I researched every source I could) when she can do it for you.  Plus, following Sabrina’s schedule and tips had us on rides with an average of a 5 – 10 minute wait time.  Wow!  That didn’t happen when I planned my own WDW vacation, or the break in the middle of the day to rest either.  The kids greatly appreciated the mid-day break to rest or swim at the Caribbean Beach resort pool also.  6 out of 6 people agree that the vacation was fantastic!   You know the kids had a fun time when they say ‘Mom, make sure to use the vacation planning lady again.’  Thanks again for all of your hard work, I recommend you to everyone.

My Family just returned from Disneyland/California Adventure and we had an absolutely wonderful time. I’d recommend The Enchanted Traveler to anyone looking for an easy planning experience with a Disney vacation. We decided to go on vacation to Disneyworld on a month’s notice, and Sabrina took the guidelines that I gave her as far as what we were looking for and ran with the job. She came up with suggestions for alternate hotels and restaurants if the ones that we were looking for were already booked, and she did all the legwork for us as far as making dinner reservations. We used her suggestions for the schedule on when to go to which park, and we didn’t stand in line for more than 15 minutes for any ride the entire time that we were there. She was able to eliminate the rides that we didn’t want to go on based on the ride survey she sent us, and the touring plan that she prepared got us in and out of the parks with plenty of time to relax around the pool at the hotel. My teenagers were really happy with the trip and kept telling me to tell Sabrina that she was right about this or that point that she told us to watch for. The Enchanted Traveler made the whole trip planning process easy, and I’ve planned Disney trips before on my own, so I know what work goes into it. I’d use The Enchanted Traveler again without hesitating, it was so nice to have a great vacation that I didn’t have to put any effort into planning!

Wanted to thank you for your help as well as the nice note when we came home.  Everything was great and the only part I regret was having to come back home to the cold!  The hotel staff at the Holiday Inn was friendly.  The room had no issues and was very clean.  On our 2nd day there they even had an elephant made out of towels.  lol.  Very close to the beach and all the local shops going up and down the streets.
