Ever since the Beast gave Belle a library, I have been a Disney girl through and through.  I can close my eyes and still see the Main Street Electrical Parade from my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was a child. The only car my Great-Grandmother ever drove was in the Tomorrowland Speedway!  My husband proposed to me at the Magic Kingdom. (While donning a Toy Story 3 Hawaiian shirt I might add!)  Vintage ride posters served as table markers at my wedding and I had the amazing adventure of a honeymoon at Disneyland. Walt Disney World has long since been a staple for a vacation destination for me and my family; so much so, that my husband and I relocated to the Orlando Area!

All of our vacation planning services begin with a FREE consultation.  In this phone consultation, we’ll discuss your travel needs and desires, go over your travel preferences, travel history, I’ll learn about your family and what they like, budget ranges and more.  Together we’ll discuss some options and general price ranges, and you can ask questions.  If, based on our conversation, we are a good match to work together, the following services will be available to you, and the service fees listed will be charged to move forward with your custom vacation planning experience.

VIP Customized Walt Disney World® Planning and Concierge Service

A Disney World vacation is supposed to be magical – let me do everything necessary to ensure that it is!  From helping you select the perfect resort, dining and more to an entirely customized park touring strategy and itinerary, I use my Disney expertise to craft an amazing vacation made just for you.  Leave the long hours of research and hard work to me, and sit back, relax, and enjoy as your perfect vacation comes together in front of your eyes!

This service includes:

• Research time devoted to finding you the perfect vacation match
• Counseling on the best ticket type and length for your family needs.

It’s so much more fun to dream of your family vacation when you aren’t stressing over what the best place to stay is, which flight is going to get you there, where the best activities are, or which cruise destination, length, and cabin type are going to get you the experience you are hoping for.   Allow me to save you time and stress and put together a vacation that matches your unique family.  So much more than just “booking a vacation,” my service extends to putting together an entire itinerary created just for you.  So whether you are looking for peace and quiet with a swim with the dolphins, or ziplining through a rainforest and authentic cooking classes, I’ll make sure your vacation is easy, unforgettable, and filled with everything you love best.

This service includes:

• Interview to determine your needs and wants for your vacation
• Researching to find you the perfect vacation match
• Trip proposals offering the very best options including pricing
• Booking your selection, ensuring the best value and best service
• Providing insider information – tips and recommendations for your destination tailored specifically to you!
• Offering interesting, fun and unique activity and experience ideas for your destination.
• Creating reservations in advance for the activities you want to enjoy while on vacation.
• Being your travel advocate– taking care of any needs that should unexpectedly arrive during your travel

$50 planning fee

Groups

Group pricing is determined by the size of the group and the type of planning involved.  In many cases, if the group plans to participate in the same resorts, activities and dining, there will be a similar fee as listed above paid ONCE per group.  In other cases, a large group with many different preferences that needs individualized planning within the group requires a larger workload and a custom price will be discussed. Your consultation is FREE as always.

Service fees are above and beyond travel expenses.  The fees listed are for professional planning beyond booking hotel/air/car/cruise reservations.  Service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Already booked your Disney vacation but want planning and concierge services?

If you’ve booked your trip with Disney in the last 30 days and have not paid in full, we can transfer your reservation to my care and the above planning prices are the same.  However, if your vacation was booked more than 30 days ago, or if you are using a timeshare or DVC points, you can still receive planning services at our “planning only” rates as follows:
